A prayer for Ayla, for the way you smell so sweet,
For wind, and the memory i have of my mother standing on the lake to open her arms and say with fullness, I LOVE THE WIND
For the fullness we access when the swamp of inner monologue is quiet
and for dissapation
for that presence
for dear friends whom i love so much
for anna, for jordan, for joe, for max,
for ayla
for sylvia, although she doesnt always call me back
for lauren whome i will make a mind map with next friday,
for my brother, eventhough we sometimes exchange jelousy.
and for the ones of these ones that keeps round table option open
and for wind and sun,
for lying on the beach together, in snow or in sun
a prayer for that space,
i see you and I lying together.
for how fast face skin heals
for the bruise i still ave unseen under eye brow
for the space i feel about it.
for sisters healed lip and the way weve come to cuddle all night long every night!
for butterflys you gave me
and for the stingers they grew,
for the way ive stoped them from growing
and for the space inside i have because of that.
for mou mou
for tim
for the rest youll get from being rainy all day.
and for the inevitable wind that will take the rain away.
